Ty Yilmaz

Home Manager Winscombe Hall

Ty Yilmaz established Cedars Care Group in 2003, when he and his wife Sarah purchased their first care home. Today, the family run company has seven boutique homes across the UK, providing nursing, dementia and elderly care.

As CEO, Ty plays a major role in the day-to-day running of the business. He has a hands-on approach to managing staff of all levels, and can often be found in the kitchens of the homes, cooking a Christmas dinner for residents, or in the gardens cutting grass.

In his capacity as Home Manager at Winscombe Hall Care Centre, Ty is onsite most of the working week. On days when he’s not at Winscombe, Ty visits other homes. He knows the residents at all Cedars Care Group homes by name and works alongside staff to ensure the company is providing the highest level of personalised service.

Tricia

Business Manager

Tricia has been with Cedars Care Group since June 2016. Tricia has been working within a Care Home environment for 3 years, joining Winscombe Hall after being in an Administrative position within her previous Care Home. With extensive experience in Management roles for over 10 years, Tricia is able to concentrate on the administrative, marketing and business side of the home, whilst supporting her Senior Care and Nursing Team in ensuring that they are able to fulfil the caring and nursing needs of all residents.
Tricia has a NVQ Level 2 Award in Employee Rights and Responsibilities, a Level 3 Diploma in Business and Administration and a Level 3 Certificate in Business and Administration.
She is working towards her Level 5 diploma in Health and Social Care and Children’s and young people services. Tricia says “my role is to ensure that the home continues to move forward in achieving the highest standards of care
