Assistant Care Manager

  • General sales ledger duties including invoicing, allocating customer payments and credit control
  • Liaise with customers and local authorities in relation to billing, service, contract and all other account queries
  • Liaising with resident’s families and representatives regarding funding and payments
  • Payroll processing
  • General purchase ledger duties including allocation of invoices and preparing and making supplier payments
  • Support the accounts department in providing financial information for monthly management reporting

The skills and experience needed for this role are:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in an accounts role

My Dad moved to the home last October due to a change in his physical abilities. My initial contact was over the phone and email as I was not able to visit the home prior to Dads admission. The manager was so helpful emailing photos of the rooms available and spending time on the phone. She is also very caring and understanding and this reflects in all of the staff in the home.
