There is an excellent team of carers and nurses who I can see actually "care" about the residents and relatives. I feel very fortunate to have found such a great environment for my mother to be looked after in.
The lady who looks after the activities is excellent so we as a family are very happy to say to others this home is both caring and safe. My mother is happy so we are all happy.

Congratulations to Angelene for being awarded Novembers employee of the month. She was nominated for always making a huge effort to ensure residents are happy with their meals. Ange will go out of her way to make beautiful cakes for occasions, often doing this in her own time. Ange is always jovial and feedback from residents regarding meals is really positive.

The home [Ashcroft House] is undergoing renovations when finished it will be greatly improved. The staff are very helpful and understanding. I have had lunch on three occasions quite pleased with the standard.
