There is an excellent team of carers and nurses who I can see actually "care" about the residents and relatives. I feel very fortunate to have found such a great environment for my mother to be looked after in.

The lady who looks after the activities is excellent so we as a family are very happy to say to others this home is both caring and safe. My mother is happy so we are all happy.

The care and attention that was given was wonderful. Full marks to everybody in the home.

MacMillan Coffee Morning

At Cedar Grange residents, relatives and staff took part in the National Macmillan Coffee Morning https://coffee.macmillan.org.uk/ on Friday 27th September 2019.  Aim being to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support, whilst spending time together enjoying coffee/tea and cake.

The event was organised by Lisa, and she was assisted by her son Jake, who currently attends Meols Cop High School https://www.meolscophighschool.co.uk  but is interested in a career in catering.

Our cook Paul, baked a beautiful chocolate orange cake.

We also enjoyed a selection of cakes kindly donated by friends of the home.

The residents loved having their photographs taken with the cardboard cupcake, posing as though their head was the cherry on the cake!  Even the District Nurses joined in with the fun!

Thank you to everyone for your support and for a lovely morning.

We are pleased to say we raised a total of £107.32 for MacMillan Cancer Support
